St. George Festival Opportunity

We are excited to extend an opportunity to the St. George parish community and
local businesses to participate in the 4th. Annual Saint George Festival on
Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 1-8pm. All proceeds from this event will go to support
the parish funds and the mission to make Christ known to all.

Due to limited space, we will not accept vendors selling products other than food
or drink.

Set-up time – Sunday, July 26th from 10:00am – 11:30am. You must unload your
items and park in the parking lot. A vehicle cannot remain by your table.

If you are selling items, please list items in detail along with pricing, please
remember this is a Church festival, and pricing should be reflective of that.
Include all available options and their pricing, even though you will be limited to 3
items if you are a dessert/ drink / miscellaneous snack vendor

Food Vendor – $750 (non-dessert / drink / miscellaneous snack vendor) Includes
a designated space under an individual tent (no side panels) sized 10×10, if you
would like to use your own pop-up tent / on-site food station, please provide size
details when replying to the festival committee email to your inquiry.

Dessert / drink / miscellaneous snack vendor – $500 Includes 1 6ft. table & 2
chairs. An additional 6ft. table of display space is available for an additional $250.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING THIS FORM FOR THE
APPROVAL OF THE ITEM(S) YOU LIST. Space is limited; a submitted vendor
inquiry form does not guarantee or reserve a space.  All vendor inquiry
applications will be reviewed prior to final approval by the festival committee.

Please Note:
*** ABSOLUTELY NO POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENT (billboards, shirts, signs,
brochures, articles, flyers, or any other means of mass communication)

*** No banners will be provided; you may bring your own 3′ x 7′ banner no larger.

*** If you require power, you will be required to bring an extension cord of no less
than 50 ft.
